There are reports that Poland rejected the attempts of refugees to enter the country on the eastern border with Belarus, hundreds of refugees were trapped in the forest, their freedom of movement was limited in the forest, and there were people who died due to seasonal conditions and cold.https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-59206685

The fact that the refugees, who had to migrate for asylum, cannot even reach basic human needs, and that there are women, children and the elderly among them, shows the seriousness of the event.https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/nov/08/belarus-escorts-hundreds-of-migrants-towards-polish-border

Therefore, it is necessary for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to take an EMERGENCY decision due to the incident and ensure that they have access to emergency aid.

In this context, it is necessary to call on the member states of the European Union to take responsibility and act in solidarity in line with their international obligations.

For these reasons, United Nations needs to urgently;

1. Take an emergency decision for refugees trapped in the forest area on the Polish-Belarusian border,
2. Negotiate with the relevant states in order to ensure the refugees' access to asylum,
3. Carry out activities to reach the humanitarian aid to the area where the refugees are located,
4. Carry out works for the delivery of temporary accommodation vehicles to the area where the refugees are located.
5. Carry out the necessary studies in order to provide health services in order to improve the health problems experienced during the asylum process,
6. We request EU member states and other countries to act in line with their international obligations.
